What is a botanical and phytopathologic survey?

Botanical survey is a valuable tool for planning a strategy for the restoration and refurbishing especially of historic gardens. The survey is not limited to the recognition of the species of plants but also includes a phytopathological analysis.

The survey consists of a series of drawings and botanical lists based on scientific criteria but easy to read and use for practical purposes.

In parks of particular value, such as historic gardens, public park and botanic gardens, surveys are useful instruments of information and education for visitors who can recognize the species of plants, have some information on some rare and valuable plants  and know the history of the site.

If requested, we can provide botanical labels with the correct botanical names both in Latin and in Italian. Labels can be customized.
